Wanted to charge £15.00 extra for the Courtesy Car and to my wife she would have to pay £5000 if she had an accident, she declined as we have had many courtesy cars from BMW as part of our Service Pack.

Someone disconnected my dashcam (I don't have a problem with that) but forgot to reconnect it. I was involved in a near-miss on the way home and that's when I found the dashcam had been disconnected. Not particularly happy.

Car was booked in twice and on each occasion was ready at the previously agreed time (3pm, so I could pick it up on my way home from work). All issues were fixed and the car cleaned inside and out. Excellent!

See above I think my car is now too old for your target market and your garage don't want to service it any more. You don't seem to have the expertise required. I suspect this is a tactic to encourage me to buy a new car.
